From February to July 2022, New Pace produced nearly 100 live-action and animated product demo videos that ranged between 30 and 90 seconds in length. New Pace provided all of the gear for the production process, including personnel and hardware for the post-production experience, and completed all the editing, animation, and graphics. Because VTech is a large global company, many stakeholders needed to provide feedback and give approval on every video. To be extremely flexible and responsive to all of their needs, New Pace used Smartsheet
as the central document for tracking and Frame.io to seamlessly share video and complete real-time editing and feedback. The final videos were delivered via SharePoint.

VTech not only received positive feedback on the product demo videos, but they also got great press from their global partners about the quality of the videos. New Pace was able to take the creative resources provided and enhance both the quality and creativity of every one of the videos while staying on budget and on time for everything.
